The project
The Val-de-Marne Departmental Council (94) sought to equip 104 middle schools and gymnasiums under its jurisdiction with the aim of ensuring user comfort through the monitoring of temperature and humidity levels.
This project is part of the SIPPEREC contract, an open joint association that“acts on behalf of local authorities to facilitate public action in the fields of energy and digital technology, with economic efficiency, guaranteed quality, and the capacity to innovate.”
Since 2021, Enless Wireless has been collaborating with CYRISEA, a company specializing in engineering and the integration of smart digital systems, to control the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems in these public buildings.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row css_animation="" row_type="row" use_row_as_full_screen_section="no " type="full_width" angled_section="no" text_align="left" background_image_as_pattern="without_pattern" el_class="padding-single" z_index=""][vc_column][vc_column_text]
Cyrisea's Mission
In 2021, during the first phase of the project, 297 Enless Wireless LoRaWAN temperature and humidity sensors were installed (at a rate of 11 sensors per school) in 27 middle schools.
In 2022, an additional 880 Enless Wireless LoRaWAN sensors were installed. These sensors were deployed by the end of September (the start of the heating season) at 77 middle schools.
The architecture implemented

The data is then integrated into the OSE platform (Energy Monitoring Tool), developed by CYRISEA and made available to technical teams.
Finally, real-time monitoring and analysis of the collected data enable:
- HVAC system adjustments
- maintaining a comfortable environment for users

“The Enless Wireless LoRaWAN sensors were easy to install and deploy across these 104 middle schools. That’s a real plus. Everything is working properly now.”
explains Richard BERUTTO, Tech Lead and Project Manager at CYRISEA.
