LoRaWAN Pulse Sensor – ATEX Certified
Count the number of pulses on your gas meter and submit the reading via radio
Remote gas meter reading
Specifically designed for remote meter reading and monitoring your gas usage, this LoRaWAN pulse sensor (dry contact and open collector) connects to your pulse-type gas meters. It periodically reads and transmits your meter reading via LoRa wireless technology, turning your meters into smart meters.
Radio power
Enjoy exceptional radio range of over 5 kilometers in open terrain thanks to LoRa technology. This wireless communication protocol offers unmatched radio performance for data transmission over very long distances. The LoRa protocol is ideally suited to the wireless transmission needs of building management systems (BMS).
Record-breaking battery life
The Enless LoRaWAN pulse sensor is built to last. It comes with a replaceable D-cell battery and can operate for over 15 years. Battery life depends on your settings (transmission frequency) and your environment. Using a D-cell battery ensures reliable data transmission over the long term while drastically reducing maintenance requirements and the need for physical intervention on the device.
ATEX - Zone 0
Ensure complete safety for your installations with ATEX Zone 0 certification. This highest safety classification guarantees operation without any risk of ignition in environments where an explosive atmosphere is present. This level of protection is ideally suited to the remote meter reading needs of gas stations.
Multiple uses
Communication over a public or private LoRaWAN network
In LoRaWAN mode, the ATEX pulse sensor can transmit its data over a public or private LoRaWAN network. Enless offers a LoRaWAN gateway that is compatible not only with its own sensors but also with third-party sensors. Data from Enless sensors is natively decoded and mapped to Modbus tables or BACnet objects for simplified integration into your BMS.
Enless sensors are also compatible with commercially available LoRaWAN gateways and with operated LoRaWAN networks.
Communication with an LoRa Easy receiver
In LoRa Easy mode, the ATEX pulse sensor sends its data to an LoRa Easy receiver. LoRa Easy receivers LoRa Easy available in Modbus, BACnet, and HTTP versions. They can receive data from up to 50 Enless sensors (Enless only). The data is then natively decoded and converted into a Modbus table, BACnet objects, or sent as JSON to an HTTP server.
LoRa Easy mode LoRa Easy the simplest and most cost-effective way to easily process data from Enless sensors on your BMS.
