Nidex Technology recently deployed Enless Wireless sensors at several sites in Slovakia to automate energy consumption monitoring in environments where traditional wired infrastructure is difficult or even impossible to install.
The project combines industrial and hospital applications, with a particular focus on the reliability of communications in technically demanding environments such as underground spaces, gas boiler rooms, and remote areas.

Tsubaki Nakashima – Industrial Sector
At the Tsubaki Nakashima production site, Nidex Technology has implemented a system to monitor water and gas consumption.
Central Military Hospital (ÚVN SNP Ružomberok)
The second deployment took place at the central military hospital complex, which is spread across three sites:
- Main Campus (Gen. Miloš Vesel)
- Secondary Hospital Campus (Považská)
- MO SR Polyclinic (Sliač)

Project Objectives
The goal of the project is to automate data collection in areas that are difficult to access and have significant communication challenges.
The facilities include, among other things:
- Deep wells and underground spaces
- Gas boiler rooms requiring ATEX-certified equipment
- Areas with high levels of electromagnetic interference
- Remote locations where it was physically or economically impossible to deploy a wired infrastructure
Data centralization
The data collected by the sensors is aggregated using Enless MODBUS RX receivers and then integrated into a centralized dashboard on the Nidex Technology platform.
This allows users to access:
- Real-time visualization
- Data aggregation
- Consumption reports that consolidate all equipment in one place
