Our LoRa product line continues to expand with the release of a new BACnet-compatible receiver. This new receiver complements the Modbus IP & RTU receiver already available. The new BACnet receiver is a truly unique selling point for Enless. It was important for us to be able to offer our integrator, operator, and distributor customers a solution based on the BACnet protocol, the industry standard increasingly used for building automation and control applications.

With this new receiver, Enless also reinforces its position in IP-based communication, which is now available on both of our LoRa receiver models (Modbus and BACnet).
Our BACnet receiver complies with the B-ASC profile.
See the table of supported BIBBs(BACnet Interoperability Building Blocks) below:

Various communication modes are supported:
, IP mode, and/or MSTP
Various Discover modes are supported:
Object Mode or Device Mode
You can also enable the DHCP and BBMD functions.
GOOD TO KNOW
The BACnet receiver can be used in Enless’s proprietary private LoRa mode.
In proprietary private LoRa mode, only Enless LoRa transmitters are recognized by the BACnet receiver. This is not a LoRaWAN gateway.

Below are some of the key features of our BACnet receiver:
- Configuring the receiver from an IP server
- One-click selection of the communication interface
- Changing IP settings on the configuration server
- Can manage up to 40 transmitters
Tests already conducted by some of our customers have allowed us to verify the compatibility of our BACnet receiver with various PLCs and platforms.
