Enless Wireless donates funds to support French Fondation d’Entreprises Bergonié which provides financial, material and technical support for the Bergonié Institute which is the cancer centre for South-West France and the European reference centre for oncology.
The priority goal of the Bergonié Foundation[FR], which has been operating for nearly seven years, is to help cancer patients. Although the association benefits from governmental assistance in funding therapeutic advances, it also needs help from businesses, organisations, and private individuals to help patients and their relatives cope with life before, during and after the disease.
The Foundation’s main fields of action are:
- Improving the wellbeing and living conditions of patients during their phases of hospitalisation
- Supporting R&D in technological innovations
- Promoting and developing what is known as « support » care which aims to deal in the best possible way with the consequences of the disease and associated treatments such as psychological, social and dietary problems, as well as pain and other issues.
